Haiku 2021 Part 41, #283-9

 #283

Discouragement does
come to all, like it or not,
but the brave push on

#284

Pay that credit card
on time adulting habits
look at me function

#285

Ride the wind, sweeping
swirling carried by currents
unpredictable

#286

Like soft butter, spread
breath across muscle fiber
tension melt away

#287

Body positive
at least neutral, respecting
yes appreciate

#288

Creepy old basement
dating to before the war
prior to bomb's fall

#289

Leaves crunch underfoot
Rain splashes down on the world
Sounds of the season
